Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days of receiving them. 

How long does delivery take?

3-7 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

Where does HAUOMS ship to?

United States.
(Note: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may cause a delay in the order shipment.)

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Note that if an order contains more than one item, we may ship items individually depending on the size of each item. We will send you tracking for each item in the shipment if we do this.

Amazon Fulfillment

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out HAUOMS products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. As soon as your package ships, we will send you an automated email with your tracking info!

I ordered more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. HAUOMS will not replace the order or issue a refund.
